Depression

Depression is a profound and pervasive mental health condition that can significantly affect a person’s overall well-being. It is marked by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in once-enjoyable activities. Common symptoms of depression include changes in appetite and weight, sleep disturbances, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and recurrent thoughts of death or suicide.

In therapy with me, I will create a safe, empathetic space for you to express your feelings and thoughts openly. We will work together to explore the underlying causes of your depression, develop effective coping strategies, and set realistic goals for recovery.
